On 7/17/23 at 8:15 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Annette Sutherland conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for the purpose of providing an Amended report originally provided on 10/19/2022. At arrival LPA met with Assistant Director Jamie Pagayon. There were 32 children with 5 staff members in 3 classrooms. Facility was within ratio and capacity.

Amended 10/19/2022 report, and a copy of testing results were provided. No deficiencies were cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Jamie Pagayon. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
