On 12/28/2023 @ 9:06AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Nancy Diaz and Martha Avila conducted an unannounced case management inspection in reference to licensee's request to re-measure their classrooms. LPA met and toured the facility with site director Jamie Kelley. Observed present today were 76 preschool children.

The following classrooms were measured today:

Room G - 863.7 sq. ft.
Room F - 906.01 sq. ft.
Room E - 896.01 sq. ft.
Room D - 670.98 sq. ft.
Room C - 347.10 sq. ft.

Total sq. footage is 3,678.85 sq. ft. will accommodate 105 preschool & toddlers.

NO DEFICIENCY CITED TODAY.

Exit interview was conducted. LPA reviewed the report with Jamie Kelley, Site Director. A copy of this report and notice of site visit was given today. Notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
