13 | On 03/26/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Stevens, conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver findings for the above allegations. LPA met with Director, Ana Duenas, and informed her of the reason for the visit. There were 49 children present with 7 staff at the time of this inspection.
During the investigation LPA conducted three unannounced complaint inspections, interviewed Director, staff, children and parents and reviewed facility records.
During staff and parent interviews, informaton was obtained that confirmed Child 1 (C1), a toddler under 2 years of age, is often co-mingled in Preschool Room 302 with 2-3 year olds for short periods of time in the mornings at drop off, and later moved to the Toddler Room, after the Toddler teacher's arrival.
Information obtained during staff interviews and records review confirmed that the foreign transcripts for Staff 2 (S2), a lead preschool teacher, have not been evaluated for U.S. equivalency and thus LPA was unable to verify S2's teacher qualifications. |
