On 8/17/20 an announced case management inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Morales-DeSilvestore. Facility has requested an increase of capacity from having 12 preschool to 48 preschool children in Rooms # 1, 2 and 3. Fire clearance was granted on 8/6/2020. LPA met with director Lauren Miller. There were a total of 0 children present. Facility is currently closed due to COVID-19 precautions.

LPA measured Room # 1, 2 and 3 today, 8/17/20,. Room 1 measured at approximately 553.88 sq. ft, Room 2 measured at 648.4 sq. ft and Room 3 measured at 439.13 sq.ft. The total indoor area is 1641.41 sq.ft. which will accommodate 46 preschool children. Age-appropriate furniture and equipment were observed in each of the classrooms. Outdoor play areas, patio and playground, were remeasured today. Patio measured at 2956.25 sq.ft. which will accommodate 39 children. The playground measured 19,554 sq.ft. which will accommodate 260 children. The playground is not fully fenced. Shade is available via canopies. Age appropriate equipment was observed in good repair. There is a drinking fountain in the patio and children bring their own water to the playground.

Increase of capacity for 46 children may be granted after final file review.

Director was provided a copy of the facility's appeal rights (LIC 9058 01/16) and her signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. LIC 9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA's observed director post the Notice of Site Visit.
