32 | Facility Representative, Administrative Assistant was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org website; a consumer education website that helps families obtain childcare by connecting them to childcare providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.
LPA and Facility Representative, Administrative Assistant discussed the Community Care Licensing website www.ccld.ca.gov which will provide access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, Mandated Reporter Training, Forms and Regulations, Safe Sleep in Childcare, Lead Poisoning Facts, Guardian and California Megan’s Law (www.meganslaw.ca.gov).
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, one Type A citation deficiency is being cited; see LIC809D.
LPA Cindy Meier informed Administrative Assistant, Enyd Valdez, that this report dated 5/23/24 document(s) (1) Type A citation(s) which shall be posted for 30 consecutive days as there is immediate risk(s) to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
Also, LPA Cindy Meier informed the Administrative Assistant, Enyd Valdez to provide a copy of this licensing report dated 5/23/24 that documents Type A citation(s) to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification.
