13 | On 10/12/24, at 10:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adrian Castellon conducted an inspection to conclude the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA advised director Ana King of the purpose of the inspection and was granted facility entry. It was alleged that Staff are not following feeding plan for child. During the course of the investigation, two unannounced inspections were conducted. Interviews were conducted with staff and day-care parents. Infant Needs and Services Plan and feeding logs were obtained. Based on the records review, staff is not following feeding plan for child. Child is being fed, but the feeding log is not properly updated, resulting in feeding log not reflecting feeding schedule. As such, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Violation of the California Code of Regulations, Tittle 22 Type B citation is being cited on the attached LIC9099D. An exit interview was conducted with licensee and as required. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights discussed and provided. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
