On 10/12/24, at 10:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adrian Castellon conducted an inspection to conclude the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA advised director Ana King of the purpose of the inspection and was granted facility entry. It was alleged that Staff are not following feeding plan for child. During the course of the investigation, two unannounced inspections were conducted. Interviews were conducted with staff and day-care parents.
