On 01/08/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Stevens conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver findings for the above allegations. LPA met with Director Elizabeth Cortese and informed her of the reason for the visit. There were 10 children present with 6 staff members.

During the investigation LPA conducted three unannounced inspections of the facility, interviewed Director, teachers, daycare children, daycare parents, and reviewed facility records. Information obtained during inspections, interviews and review of facility records did not provide statements or evidence to support any of the above allegations, thus the allegations are deemed Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred.

No deficiencies cited. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) is to be posted for thirty (30) days. An exit interview was conducted. Licensee Rights (LIC 9098 01/16) along with a copy of this report was provided to staff; their signature on this form confirms receipt of these rights.
