25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) D. Sanchez, made an unannounced follow up Case Management inspection to the facility today in response to an Unusual Incident/Injury Report received in the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) on 11/26/2024. Incident report states that on 11/25/2024, notifying that parent contacted the facility advising that her child #1 disclosed that on 11/22/2024, teacher pull child's hair while out in the playground area.
LPA interviewed facility staff during today's inspection. Facility headquarters Directors reviewed the video footage and did not see any incident matching the allegation. Headquarter director invited parent to review video. Parent was satisfied with the video review and child #1 continued attending daycare. Based on the interviews conducted, facility acted accordingly in following up on alleged incident.

There are no deficiencies cited on this incident, all paperwork is in order and required documents were properly posted.

LPA observed Director placing the Notice of Cite Visit on the wall visible to parents during today’s inspection.
