On 5/01/26 at 1:10 PM Licensing Program Analsyt (LPA) J.C. Valdez conducted an unannonced visit to deliver findings, for the complaint received 01/08/26 for the above allegation(s). LPA met with the Vice President of Operations Jennifer Grawvunder. LPA idetified himself and disclosed the purpose of the visit. There were 8 staff and 58 children present in 4 classrooms.
It was alleged, staff are commingling children and operating out of ratio. LPA conducted investigative interviews which were contradictory in nature. During inspection visits 3/13/26, 03/18/26 and 03/25/26 LPA did not observe staff commingling children nor was the facility operating out of ratio. Based on the information obtained during interviews and observations, it could not be determined that the facility is commingling children or operating ot of ratio. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated. No deciencies cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Vice President of Operations Jennifer Grawvunder. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
