On April 4, 20205, at 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Gloria Gonzalez conducted a complaint inspection to deliver findings and met with Licensee, Cristina Sanchez regarding the above allegation. LPA advised Licensee, Cristina Sanchez of the purpose of the inspection and conducted a tour of the facility. There were two (2) daycare children and two (staff) staff members present during the inspection.

On March 5, 2025, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging Assistant hit day care child. During the course of the investigation interviews were conducted with several daycare children, several daycare parents and staff members. Licensee denied the above allegation and stated that neither staff nor herself has ever mishandled a daycare child.

Based on LPA's observations and interviews conducted There was no corroborating evidence regarding the allegation. Due to conflicting information obtained from the interviews, and although the allegation may have happened or is/are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore the above allegation is found to be unsubstantiated.

No deficiencies cited.

A copy of this report and appeal rights (LIC 9058) was provided to Licensee, Cristina Sanchez. LPA observed Licensee post LIC9213 – Notice of Site Visit and xxx was advised this notice is to be posted for 30 days from today’s date. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Cristina Sanchez. This report was interpreted to licensee in Spanish by LPA Gonzalez.
