LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the licensee. There were no children in care during the time of inspection.
The indoor and outdoor of this one story, three (3) bedroom, two bathroom home was toured and inspected. The following areas are used for childcare: living, dining room, bathroom #2, kitchen and fenced backyard. Off limit areas include: all three (3) bedrooms, bathroom #1 (master bath) and garage. No bodies of water were observed on the premises. Licensee confirmed there are no bodies of water on the premises. Licensee stated there are no firearms or weapons in the home.
A review of staff records on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse clearances or exemptions.
