13 | On 7/10/24 at 1:00 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Victoria Hernandez and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Renesha Askew made an unannounced complaint visit for the complaint received on 1/22/2024 for the purpose of delivering findings on the above reference allegations. LPA and LPM were granted entry after identifying self, showing badge, and disclosing the reason for the visit.
Based on the information obtained during interviews, observations, and documentation reviewed it is determined that there is not enough evidence to corroborate that a child was inappropriately touched while in care and that the child was spoken to improperly. Witness statements were contradictory in nature and although licensee has cameras outside licensee states there are no cameras inside to have captured the interaction.Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegations are found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Sandra Barcenas. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days |
