13 | On 10/9/2025 at 04:00pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Danielle Anderson made an unannounced complaint inspection for the purpose of delivering findings. LPA met with the licensee Loren Guzman, regarding the above allegation. LPA advised the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility. There were 4 daycare children and one helper present in the facility during the inspection.
On 7/14/25 Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging the provider left daycare children unattended resulting in a child sustaining an injury. During the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted with the reporting party, licensee, daycare children, and a staff member (A1). A daycare child sustained an injury on or about 7/8/2025 which did not require medical attention. The child stepped off the swing, ran and fell and busted her lip. Based on the interviews conducted, there were no disclosures that corroborted the allegation that a child being laft unattended resulted in a childs injury. There was no evidence to support the allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated.
