On 6/2/23 at 1:00pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted an unannounced plan of correction inspection. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee, Ariana Moraes and discussed the purpose of the inspection and was led on a tour of the facility. There were six (6) children in care.

On 5/24/23 the licensee was cited one (1) Type A citation for operating outside capacity limitations. During today’s inspection, the licensee was found to be operating within capacity limitations. LPA reviewed children’s records and found the LIC9224 Parent Acknowledgement form to be signed. The citation was cleared.

No deficiencies cited.

Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Ariana Moraes. A notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
