25 | On 2/09/24 at 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Annette Sutherland and Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Joelle Redding met with Licensee Preeti Sadhu and Yogesh Sadhu for an office meeting to discuss the following allegation:
On 9/20/23, LPA Annette Sutherland issued a Substantiated finding for a Complaint alleging that a child wandered away from the facility. Subsequently, a Type A deficiency was cited under Regulation 102417(a), Operation of a Family Child Care Home. The licensee was informed that repeated violations or failure to comply with licensing laws and regulations may result in administrative action taken by the Department. Licensee Preeti Sadhu stated she understood and will ensure her facility complies with all regulations and laws governing Child Care Centers.
