13 | On 07/26/23 at 1:45PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luigi Gargaro conducted an unannounced complaint visit regarding the above allegation. During the course of the visit analyst took a tour of the home with licensee spouse, Marc Milord, and interviewed him and his wife.
Based on the evidence gathered, analyst did find two items in the facility that are potential safety risks to children in care and those were two holes in the wall that correspond with the opening of the back door against it and an unsecured big screen television that is mounted on two chairs in a for use bedroom. No other items inspected by analyst rose to the level of being a health and safety risk to children in care.
Based on LPA’s observations and interviews which were conducted and record review(s) the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation(s) is found to be SUBSTANTIATED, California Code of Regulations, (Title 22, Division & 102417(g)) is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. |
