LPA found facility clean and free of food droppings. LPA observed Emergency Drill log posted with Emergency drill completed on 12/03/2024. LPA found garage free of hazards and is occasionally being used for child care as additional playspace. Required documents for children’s immunization records were present at the facility and reviewed. Children’s roster was filled out, present at the facility, and found to be in compliance. LPA reviewed sleep log records at the facility and found them to be in compliance. Heater was screened.
LPA advised licensee per regulation heater must be screened at all times when caring for children. LPA recommended licensee not to use unused cribs for storage.
