13 | On December 16, 2024, at 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Gloria Gonzalez conducted a complaint inspection to deliver findings and met with Licensee, Judith Garcia regarding the above allegation. LPA advised Licensee of the purpose of the inspection and conducted a tour of the facility. There were five (5) daycare children and one (1) staff member present during the inspection.
On 9/19/24, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging a day care child sustained unexplained injury which resulted in a red mark on the right side of the child's neck. During the course of the investigation interviews were conducted with several daycare parents, one daycare child, Licensee's minor child, and one staff member. LPA attempted interviews with several children. LPA obtained documentation from outside agencies. Licensee and Staff 1 (S1) stated they did not observe the child sustain any injury during daycare hours. S1 stated that child napped with toys and did not want to let them go. |
