Purpose of this inspection is to ensure citations issued during an annual inspection dated 4/12/24 were corrected. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee, Hilda Flores de Corona and proceeded to tour the facility.

There were nine (9) daycare children, including one (1) infant, Licensee, and one staff member (staff #1) during today’s inspection.  LPA observed capacity to be within the limitations set forth on the license.

The following citation issued on 4/12/24 were corrected as follows:
All adults living or working in the home have a record criminal clearance
All adults living or working in the home have a negative TB Clearance
Licensee has complied with the capacity requirement for a Large FCCH License
Licensee has ensured the inaccessibility of the Jacuzzi per regulation

The following citation was not cleared:
Licensee did not ensure that all cleaning compounds and other items be made inaccessible to children. A Type B deficiency is being cited during today's inspection, see LIC809D.

LPA provided Licensee, Hilda Flores de Corona with the Notice of Site Visit – LIC 9213, which is to be posted for thirty (30) days.  LPA observed form LIC 9213 posted on the bulletin board at the entrance.  An exit interview was conducted with the licensee, who was provided a copy of their Licensee Appeal Rights (LIC 9058 1/16).

A copy of the report and appeal rights (LIC 9058) and notice of site visit (LIC9213) was provided to Licensee and must remain posted for 30 days. LPA interpreted and explained the inspection report to licensee in Spanish, licensee stated she understood.
