Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted a second PreLicensing inspection today to modify the previously assigned daycare areas.

Applicant will utilize the following areas for child care: living room, dining room, room #2, hallway bathroom and back yard. Off limit areas include: bedroom #1, master bedroom (converted garage) and laundry room. Applicant will utilize the fenced backyard for outdoor activities. LPA informed applicant to ensure children are supervised at all times during outdoor activities. The home garage was converted into a master bedroom and will be off limits. Applicant was advised that converted garage can not be use for daycare purposes.

All requirements for a license have been met. A small license for a maximum capacity of 8 children will be granted effective today 8/04/2022.

LPA Sanchez explained inspection report to applicant, applicant stated she understood. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the applicant, Lina Lepe.
