13 | On 05/06/26 at 2:15PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luigi Gargaro conducted a complaint finding delivery visit with licensee Faduma Said regarding the above allegations. During the course of the investigation, analyst conducted interviews with the reporting party, the licensee, licensee assistants, day care parents, day care children and outside related parties. Analyst was unable to interview alleged victim children in complaint due to parent non-cooperation.
Based on the information gathered, there was no corroborative evidence that an employee of the facility violated children in care’s personal rights. It was also unclear who the employee specifically was or if they worked for this day care. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with licensee Said. A copy of this report, along with Appeal Rights (LIC9058 01/16), was provided. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
