13 | On February 17, 2026, at 2:15 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude the complaint investigation related to the above allegations. LPA met with Staff Member, Paola Figueroa and conducted a tour of the facility. At the time of the inspection, there were three (3) daycare children being supervised by two staff members.
On January 29, 2026, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging Licensee leaves day care children unattended outside and Licensee is not properly addressing vermin in the home. During the course of the investigation interviews were conducted with several daycare parents and staff members. Licensee and staff denied the above allegation and stated that there is always supervision when children are in care, inside and outside of the facility at all times. Licensee stated she does not have a problem with vermin in her home and never has. LPA observed the entire home, including the garage and did not observe any vermin or droppings. LPA observed children to be supervised by staff on 2/3/26 and at todays inspection. None of the parents interviewed expressed concern regarding the above allegations. |
