13 | On May 24, 2024, at 8:40 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jo Ann Legaspi conducted an inspection to conclude the investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA advised Staff Clairdita Rezelien of the inspection’s purpose, and they granted LPA facility entry. Present in the home were the Licensee, staff and six (6) children.
It was alleged that the licensee is not providing adequate supervision to children in care while children are outside. Licensing, facility, and outside source records were reviewed. Facility tours were conducted. Collateral witnesses, licensee, staff, daycare children and daycare parents were interviewed.
Due to conflicting information received during the course of the investigation, the allegation that the licensee is not providing adequate supervision to children in care while children are outside has been determined to be unsubstantiated.
