13 | On 08/18/2026, at 1:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude the complaint investigation related to the above allegation. LPA met with Licensee's Spouse, Nephtalie Sagesse and conducted a tour of the facility. At the time of the inspection, there were two toddlers being supervised by two staff members. On or about 1:45 PM Licensee arrived at the facility with one school age child.
On 06/02/2026, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging Licensee is not present for at least 80% of day care hours. During the course of the investigation interviews were conducted with Licensee, LIcensee's Spouse, one staff member, four daycare parents, a daycare child, and a witness. Licensee denied the above allegation and stated that his hours of operation are open for 23 hours, but is now operating from Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and if needed later to drop off children at home. Licensee stated he is always present at the facility unless he's picking up or dropping off children at school and home. None of the parents interviewed had any concerns with the Licensee. |
