25 | On 11/05/2024, at 8:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Oscar Picazo conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. Upon arrival, Licensee was not home and was greeted and granted entry by licensee's assistant who is also his wife, Sabine Dorceus. Sabine stated that licensee was dropping off children at school and would be back shortly. Sabine called licensee and let him know I arrived. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that the deficiencies cited during the annual random inspection on 10/25/2024 were corrected. Licensee Johnson Semexant arrived at approximately 9:20 AM and met with LPA and proceeded to produce the daycare children's' files. There were no day care children in care.
The following deficiencies have been correction as follows:
· Licensee has completed children’s records for all children in care. LPA reviewed and determined to be completed.
· Licensee has acquired immunization records and completed children’s immunization record forms for all children in care. LPA reviewed and determined to be completed.
LPA reviewed 8 of 8 day care children's files and determined they are complete and meet regulation.
LPA discussed, reviewed and provided title 22 regulation section 102421(b) Child's Records and 102418(g) Immunization:
102421(b) The licensee shall maintain, in each child's record, a copy of the emergency information card as required in Section 102417(g)(7).
102418(g) The licensee shall document each child's immunization as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, Section 6070, and shall maintain such documentation for as long as the child is enrolled. See LIC 809C Continuation... |
