On 02/26/2025 at 9:25 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michelle Hood and Investigator, Ernestina Bellucci conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to ensure the facility is in substantial compliance with standards established in CCR, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, for Family Child Care Homes. LPA Hood and Investigator Bellucci were granted entry into the facility by the licensee, April Ramos. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the licensee, April Ramos. The licensee was provided with a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058 03/22) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights.
