On 3/12/24 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Saraliz Velando conducted a case management visit for the purpose of adding one new room to the license, Room 305, and removing Room 701. The facility is not requesting a capacity increase at this time. LPA met with Area Manager, Bridget Nichols.

During the visit, LPA checked the new room for safety and age appropriateness. There is a boys and girls bathroom in very close proximity available for children.

Prior to approving the room addition, the facility will need to submit proof of fire clearance on the room they will be adding to the license.

The Area Manager, Bridget Nichols, was provided with a copy of the report and their appeal rights. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain for 30 days.
