On 08/06/24 at 9:30am. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Annette Sutherland conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for the purpose of providing an Amended report originally provided on 07/03/24. At arrival LPA met with Director Patrice Andrews. Facility does not have any children and facility is closed for summer.

Amended 07/03/24 report, notice of site visit , and appeal rights were provided. No deficiencies were cited.

Exit Interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director.
