14 | Based on investigation interviews and documentation children in the 2’s classroom have been left unsupervised in situations when a single staff is using the diaper changing table and unproperly supervised using the bathroom while they are potty training. Also, documentation determined child C1 was left unsupervised in a classroom and discovered by a staff which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. | 8
