On 9/20/22 @ 1:45 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst, Joelle Redding, made an unannounced visit on an unrelated matter. Upon walking by the playground area, white PVC pipe was noted to be sticking up out of the sand in two areas, posing a potential tripping hazard to children in care.

See LIC 809D for Type B deficiency.

Director states that she will ensure the pvc pipe is repaired and/covered safely by the plan of correction date and will provide proof of correction to licensing via email. Staff will use extra precaution to safeguard this area in the meantime.
