On 4/26/23 at 10:21am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended report originally created on 3/17/23 during a case management inspection. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Delisha Doakes and proceeded to tour the facility. There were 67 children and seven (7) staff members present.

No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted with Director, Delisha Doakes. Notice of Site Visit (LIC9213) provided and must be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements will result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
