On January 8, 2025 at 09:31 AM Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's), Courtnee Peebles and William Chancellor conducted an Case Management visit regarding room changes that have taken place due to moving the preschool program classroom to different classroom. Preschool classrooms have moved from one building to the adjacent building and to room#5. Capacity will not change, the classroom is sufficient for 24 children.

The preschool program classroom #5 "Pre-primary" recently moved to the main building at, 867 Sycamore Ave Vista, CA 92081. LPA's were granted entry by Assistant Director (AD), Masha Najafi and the reason for the visit was shared.

LPA continued to tour the facility and measured indoor activity spaces for Room #5. Total indoor activity space measured 851.42, which is sufficient to accommodate the capacity of 24 Children. LPA observed all indoor activity space to be complete with safe, age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, napping cots/mats, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children. Drinking water is available in the classrooms via filter water and children's own water dispensers. LPA observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property.


There were no deficiencies cited during this visit.

An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with supervisor Masha Najafi. Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
