13 | On 5/8/25 at 8:15 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Annette Sutherland conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver findings regarding the above allegations that were received on 3/7/25. LPA Sutherland met with Assistant Director Camille Stern and toured the facility. Census was 35 children & 5 staff members in 3 classrooms. The Department fully investigated the above allegations. LPA conducted interviews with staff and parents. The classrooms have taken necessary precautions to mitigate outbreaks and illnesses. The facility informed families and put Health Alert signs and toys were disinfected and washed daily and number of toys were limited during the exposure period. Additional staff members are available to help in classrooms where additional attention is needed for any children requiring additional assistance. Facility also conducts monthly meetings regarding ways to support children's needs. Although LPA did not find evidence of the lack of precautions to mitigate outbreaks or illness, insufficient staffing, or staff competency, information obtained during the investigation does not conclusively prove or disprove the allegations.
