On 10/2/23 at 1:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Saraliz Velando and Regional Manager (RM) Kimberly Hall conducted an Office Meeting in the San Diego Child Care Regional Office to discuss and amend the facility's recent complaint investigation report. The meeting was conducted with The Kid’s Bay Director, Sheree Nichols and their attorney, Steven Victor.

LPA Velando read the amended report for signature, as the original report was incomplete. Director discussed the licensee’s concerns about the report.

RM Hall reassured Ms. Nichols and Mr. Victor that this is the normal process for reporting findings. Director and/or Licensee can submit a statement to accompany the complaint report as discussed.
