25 | On 12/14/22 at 1:45pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of inspecting newly installed windows. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Marina West. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was led on a tour of the facility. There were 23 children and two (2) staff members present. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
There are a total of three (3) classrooms; The Sharks, Grasshoppers and Hummingbirds classrooms. All classrooms were inspected. LPA observed that new windows were installed and no hazardous materials or items were observed. Licensee may regain usage of the classrooms once proof of the classrooms as set up with furniture and other materials for children is submitted to the San Diego Regional Office.
LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
