13 | On 07/14/2025 at 2:15 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adriana Macias conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on a complaint received on 05/15/2025, with above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Director Maria Naranjo and toured the facility and interviewed staff. A total of 27 children and 5 staff were observed with appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprinted and associated.
During LPA’s initial inspection on 05/15/2025 and today’s inspection, teachers were seen engaged and properly handling children during all activities and no deficiencies were observed. None of the parents interviewed, or staff interviewed raised concerns about staff not providing appropriate supervision of children. Director shared that meetings are held once a month after closed hours and Supervision protocols and procedures are always covered as main topics. All staff interviewed showed understanding of how to properly supervise children during all activities, and how to properly communicate with parents if any issues arise. Director does not have any concerns about her staff, and states that adequate training is given to new staff to help them thrive and succeed in their positions, and that improvement is observed.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Maria Naranjo. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. LPA observed form posted.
