LPA met with Director Maria Naranjo. At the time of the visit, LPA observed 26 children in care and 9 staff present.
It was alleged that “Staff handles day care child in a rough manner.” During the inspection, LPA did not observe any child being handled inappropriately. No documentation was provided to support the allegation, and there were no direct witnesses. There is no corroborating evidence and no witnesses who can prove or disprove a child was handled in a rough manner. |
