13 | On 12/02/2025 at 2:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adriana Macias conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver findings on a complaint received on 10/07/2025, with above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Director Maria Naranjo and toured the facility. A total of 20 children and 8 staff were observed with appropriate capacity and ratios and all staff had fingerprint clearances or exemptions. LPA reviewed teacher files and all staff present today were fully qualified.
It was alleged that staff did not notify parents on a timely manner about children’s injuries, that unqualified staff are providing care for daycare children and that there is lack of supervision for the children. Based on record review, observations, and staff and parent interviews, the facility has more than enough qualified staff to provide required supervision for children, and documentation of ouch reports proves that parents are being notified of children’s injuries regularly. None of the 11 people interviewed stated that parents are not being contacted on a timely manner for injuries, or shared any concerns regarding unqualified staff or lack of supervision.
