32 | Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. Admission agreement, emergency information and medical assessment forms were reviewed for some children. Sign in/sign out sheets were reviewed. Of the 41 children present two were not signed into the facility by their parent/guardian. Staff records contain documentation of education, training, and/or experience. LPA reviewed seven staff files. Four staff members did not contain current mandated reporter certification. Menus are posted. LPA reviewed the following with Director Conner: Updated Coronavirus 2019 Industry Guidance for Child Care Settings, PIN 21-18-CCP and California Department of Public Health Child Care Industry Guidance updated June 29, 2021. LPA obtained an updated Emergency Disaster Plan for Child Care Centers- LIC610A, Personnel Report-LIC500, Designation of Facility Responsibility-LIC308 and Parent Handbook.
