Rooms had adequate heating, lighting, ventilation, and comfortable temperature. Drinking water was readily accessible to children throughout. All hazardous items and cleaning supplies were stored inaccessible to children. Carbon monoxide detector was tested and operational.
Bathrooms and handwashing stations were inspected and found to be clean, sanitary, and in good working condition. All fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and ventilation, were functioning properly, and supplies such as soap and paper towels were adequately stocked.
Food service was reviewed. The facility provides breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and an evening snack. Food storage and preparation areas were clean and sanitary. Refrigerated foods were stored at 45°F or below. Menus were posted and maintained for 30 days. Solid waste containers had tight-fitting lids.
