On 09/21/2022 at 09:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marie Hernandez conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection for the purpose of delivering the amended report of 01/19/2022. LPA met with the Facility Director, Randi Schwartz. There were twenty two children with seven staff.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report and the appeal rights were provided to the Facility Director, Randi Schwartz.
