On February 27, 2025, at 10:05AM, Licensing Program Analyst’s (LPA’s), Diana Brasel, Griselda Castellon, Sandra Pulido, and William Chancellor conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for an increase in capacity. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director Liz Bannan and Licensee Rebecca Cook as they are requesting to be licensed for 39 preschoolers ages 2-5 years old. Upon completion of today’s visit, the facility measures for a total capacity of 34 preschool children ages 2-5 years old in classrooms #1, #2 and #3. An updated LIC 200A was requested, to reflect the new requested capacity of 34 children. Hours of operation will be listed as Monday through Friday 7:30AM- 5PM. Present during today’s inspection were (20) children with (7) staff. Appropriate ratios and supervision were observed. All indoor and outdoor activity space utilized for the children was inspected today. LPA informed Director, Liz Bannan that staff are required to always maintain direct visual supervision of the children during indoor and outdoor activities.

LPA continued to tour the facility and measured new additional indoor and outdoor activity space. Total indoor activity space measured 1201.76 square feet, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of (34) Children. LPA observed all indoor activity space to be complete with safe, age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, napping cots/mats, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children. Drinking water is available indoors and outdoors via Brita filtered water and children bring their own individual water bottles. LPA observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children.
