25 | On May 14, 2024 , at 9:15 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cindy Hamilton and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Carlos Martinez arrived to conduct a case management visit a Garday Day School. The purpose of this visit is to deliver the amended complaint report dated January 18, 2024. The licensee appealed the Unsubstantiated findings. After review of the appeal submitted by licensee/Director, Debra Cruz Hamilton to LPM Carlos Martinez the report findings were changed from Unsubstantiated to Unfounded.
LPA reviewed the amended report with licensee/director and a copy of the amended report was given at time of visit.
An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights provided and a Notice of Site Visit was given to Director. Director was reminded that the Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 consecutive days . |
