On 12/14/2024 @ 12:10PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Nancy Diaz and Hanna Lucas conducted an unannounced inspection. LPAs toured the facility with Site Director Samantha Aguirre. Observed present today were 51 infants and toddlers.

LPAs conducted a quality assurance inspection and interviewed staff.

There were no deficiency observed today.

Exit interviewed was conducted with Samantha Aguirre, Site Director. LPA reviewed and provided a copy of this report with the director.

Notice of site visit was also given and must be posted for 30 days.
