13 | On 4/16/25 at 2:20 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Annette Sutherland conducted an unannounced complaint visit for the complaint received on 3/18/25, for the purpose of delivering findings on the above referenced allegations. Upon arrival, LPA were greeted by Director Samantha Aguirre and toured the facility. LPA observed appropriate ratios and capacity today at the inspection. During this visits, LPA interviewed staff members and the Director. During the course of the investigation LPA interviewed reporting party and parents of enrolled children. Parents enrolled were positive about the facility and had no concerns. Even though facility is within ratio Classroom Toddler 1 seems to be very busy and overwhelming. LPA suggested to Director that if Classroom Toddler 1 children were evenly distributed with Classroom Toddler 2, It would be less stressful on the children and staff.
Based upon the information obtained during interviews and documents reviewed it is determined that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations have been found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiencies cited at this inspection.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Director Samantha Aguirre. Notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
