This is an amended version of the report that was created on 3/16/23.

On Arpil, 6, 2023 at 1:15 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended report originally created on 3/16/23. Upon arrival LPA met with Lead Teacher, Miroslava Arteaga and LPA advised of the purpose of the inspection, and Licensee granted LPA facility entry. Present in the facility was 5 staff members 15 day care children.

A copy of the report and appeal rights (LIC 9058) and notice of site visit (LIC9213) was provided to Ms. Arteaga and must remain posted for 30 days.

An exit interview was conducted with Ms. Arteaga.
