On 4/25/23 at 12:00PM PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPA’s), Adrian Mangina and Gerald Poindexter conducted an unannounced case management follow up visit to complete inquiry regarding and incident involving an allergic reaction incident. LPAs met with Director Marla Ramirez. LPAs conducted a brief tour of the facility. There were 16 napping children in 3 classrooms with 3 teachers. Appropriate ratios and supervision were observed.

During the visit, LPAs conducted staff interviews.

No citations issued at this time. It appears that staff acted properly in response to the incident.

Exit interview conducted with the Director Marla Ramirez. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
