32 | S1 retrieved the glasses back from C1. The encounter was investigated at the facility by the Licensee, Sanya Kerney. Misconduct by S1 was not found during the investigation conducted by the Licensee. Contradictory information regarding the allegation has been received.
Investigation visits were conducted on 2/26/25 and 5/6/25, regarding the allegation of "Staff retaliated against a daycare child ", no staff members were found to have mistreated or provided care not suitable or to regulations for day care child. The staff understands how to care for children. Staff are given hands on training regarding appropriate treatment of children. Resources are provided during staff meetings to remind staff of policies and procedures. Staff meetings are presented by Licensee every 60 days. Evidence obtained include employee handbook and document of weekly schedule and reminders.
Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is a not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. Therefore, the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Sanya Kerney. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to post notice of site visit will result in an immediate $100.00 civil penalty. |
