On 11/13/2025 at 1:50pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adriana Macias conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on a complaint received on 09/11/2025, with above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Director Ana Lopez, and proceeded to tour the facility. A total census of 77 children and 6 staff were observed in 4 classrooms during nap time with appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprinted and associated to the facility.
It was alleged that staff member without teacher qualifications was left alone with children and that there was bugs and rats found in the facility. Based on LPA’s observations and interviews with parents and staff members, there was not enough evidence to support the above allegations. Only one out of fourteen people interviewed, expressed concerns about one staff member that does not meet all qualifications and is left alone with the children. Two out of the fourteen people interviewed disclosed having seen bugs or rats.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations are found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Ana Lopez. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
