On 07/23/2026 at 2:15PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adriana Macias conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on a complaint received on 04/20/2026, with above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Director Margarita Gonzalez and toured the facility. A total of 61 children and 5 staff were observed during nap time with appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprint cleared and associated. During inspection, one child was interviewed.

It was alleged that staff failed to provide adequate supervision resulting in children leaving the facility, that staff yelled at children, and that the facility operated out of ratio. Based on LPA observations, record reviews, and interviews with children, parents, and staff, there was not enough evidence to substantiate these allegations. No child or staff member confirmed that a child had wandered off. Four of twelve adults interviewed expressed concerns about staff yelling; however, information indicated staff used loud voices to gain children's attention in a noisy environment, not in an aggressive manner. During all LPA visits, none of the alleged deficiencies were observed, and electronic staff to child ratio records confirmed ratios were maintained. (CONT ON LIC9099C)
